A cured model is a useful approach for analysing failure
time data in which some subjects could eventually experience and others never
experience the event of interest. All subjects in the test belong to one of the
two groups: the susceptible group and the non-susceptible group. There has been
considerable progress in the development of semi-parametric models for regression
analysis of time-to-event data. However, most of the current work focuses on
right-censored data, especially when the population contains a non-ignorable
cured subgroup. In this paper, we propose a semi-parametric cure model for current
status data. In general, treatments are developed to both increase the patients'
chances of being cured and prolong the survival time among non-cured patients. A
logistic regression model is proposed for whether the subject is in the susceptible
group. An accelerated failure time regression model is proposed for the event
time when the subject is in the non-susceptible group. An EM algorithm is used
to maximize the log-likelihood of the observed data. Simulation results show that
the proposed method can get efficient estimations. 相似文献

In this paper, we estimate the partial derivative bounds for Non-Uniform Rational B-spline(NURBS) surfaces. Firstly, based on the formula of translating the product into sum of B-spline functions, discrete B-spline theory and Dir function, some derivative bounds on NURBS curves are provided. Then, the derivative bounds on the magnitudes of NURBS surfaces are proposed by regarding a rational surface as the locus of a rational curve. Leccinum rugosiceps is an edible mushroom belonging to genus Leccinum of Boletaceae. Its fruiting bodies are richer in nutrients than many vegetables and fruit. The model of support vector machine was established for the discrimination of L. rugosiceps from regions based on rapid and low-cost ultraviolet and infrared spectroscopies. The mid-level data fusion was performed by support vector machine. Compared to a single spectroscopic technique, mid-level data fusion provided higher accuracy by selecting the most significant variance from data matrixes based on partial least squares discriminant analysis. The accuracy of the classification of samples in the calibration and test sets were 85.00 and 94.74%, higher than separate measurements by ultraviolet or infrared spectroscopy. A Parabola-Hyperbola (P-H) kinetic model for NR sulphur vulcanization is presented. The idea originates from the fitting composite Parabola-Parabola-Hyperbola (P-P-H) function used by the authors in [1,2] to approximate experimental rheometer curves with the knowledge of a few key parameters of vulcanization, such as the scorch point, initial vulcanization rate, 90% of vulcanization, maximum point and reversion percentage. After proper normalization of experimental data (i.e. excluding induction and normalizing against maximum torque), the P-P-H model reduces to the discussed P-H composite function, which is linked to the kinetic scheme originally proposed by Han and co-workers [3]. Typically, it is characterized by three kinetic constants, where classically the first two describe incipient curing and stable/instable crosslinks and the last reproduces reversion.The powerfulness of the proposed approach stands into the very reduced number of input parameters required to accurately fit normalized experimental data (i.e. rate of vulcanization at scorch, vulcanization at 90%, maximum point and reversion percentage), and the translation of a mere geometric data-fitting into a kinetic model. Kinetic constants knowledge from simple geometric fitting allows characterizing rubber curing also at temperature different from those experimentally tested.The P-H model can be applied also in the so-called backward direction, i.e. assuming Han's kinetic constants known from other models and deriving the geometric fitting parameters as result.Some existing experimental data available, relying into rheometer curves conducted at 5 different temperatures on the same rubber blend are used to benchmark the P-H kinetic approach proposed, in both backward and forward direction. The creep life of aluminum conductor composite core (ACCC) utilized in high voltage electric transmission was investigated using an experimental method based on the equivalence relationship. First, the time-temperature-stress equivalence relationship was developed using the time-temperature and the time-stress equivalence relationships. Then, tensile creep experiments were conducted under different temperatures and different stress levels to obtain the strain-time curves of the ACCC. Finally, the creep strain master curve was obtained using the experimental data based on the time-temperature-stress equivalence relationship, allowing prediction of ACCC creep life. In the previously published part of this study, we detailed a novel strategy based on dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction to extract and preconcentrate nine fluoroquinolones in porcine blood. Moreover, we presented the optimized experimental conditions to obtain complete CE separation between target analytes. Consequently, this second part reports the validation of the developed method to determine flumenique, difloxacin, enrofloxacin, marbofloxacin, ofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, through univariate calibration, and enoxacin, danofloxacin, and gatifloxacin through multivariate curve resolution analysis. The validation was performed according to FDA guidelines for bioanalytical assay procedures and the European Directive 2002/657 to demonstrate that the results are reliable. The method was applied for the determination of fluoroquinolones in real samples. Results indicated a high selectivity and excellent precision characteristics, with RSD less than 11.9% in the concentrations, in intra‐ and interassay precision studies. Linearity was proved for a range from 4.00 to 30.00 mg/L and the recovery has been investigated at four different fortification levels, from 89 to 113%. Several approaches found in the literature were used to determinate the LODs and LOQs. Though all strategies used were appropriate, we obtained different values when using different methods. Estimating the S/N ratio with the mean noise level in the migration time of each fluoroquinolones turned out as the best studied method for evaluating the LODs and LOQs, and the values were in a range of 1.55 to 4.55 mg/L and 5.17 to 9.62 mg/L, respectively. 相似文献
